Responsibilities

Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS) is seeking a Principal Technical Support Engineer to join our team in support of the Global Ascent (GASN-T) program technical training team. The selected individual is responsible for leading a team of training content developers and instructors for the GASN-T program. In this role you are responsible for the technical training staff supporting this program and others.

Required Skills:
8+ years relevant working experience
Report program measurements, including earned value, to senior leadership, program management, and the customer
Task and monitor performance of technical training team, ensuring cost and schedule requirements are met
Communicate directly with customers and trainees, coordinating course conducts for the schoolhouse
Current Earned Value Management Certification with at least 6 years of experience reporting earned value on government programs
CMMI level 3 compliant programs
Experience working with military customers or working in a military environment
Develop and conduct technical training for U.S. government agencies
Active SECRET clearance
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date

Desired Skills:
Familiarity with writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Technical Volumes

Required Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM related field specifically Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related Degree

*NOTE: In lieu of Bachelor's degree, candidate may also possess an Associate's degree with 10 years' related experience or High school Diploma with 12 years' of related experience

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems
